No not atall. People ask this a lot and we use all-weather locations in Central London when the weather is somewhat iffy. The locations we choose have undercover such as bridges or sidewalks and the effects can be really dramatic, for the better, on the pictures. In fact a really bright sun can create more problems than the rain ie glare or squinting but a skilled tog can work round that and use it to their advantage.
